I created Train with Karami because I believe women over 40 deserve fitness that feels good.  I'm not into intimidating or punishing. I know what it’s like to walk into a gym and feel out of place. That’s why I designed a program that brings strength training home to you, in a way that’s simple, sustainable, and empowering.
